Shipping and Returns
What is your return policy?
 
Return policy:

Please note that Downloadable Products are NON refundable, NON returnable, NON exchangeable. Once you make a purchase you cannot return it or get a refund for it. No exceptions.
 
Within 60 days of purchase date, you may return any of the following for a full refund minus shipping & handling charges: books in their original condition; DVDs in their original condition (can be taken out of shrink wrap, if it came shrink wrapped, to decide wether this is the right product for you but there will be a 20% restocking charge, except for all the Kicking DVD's where there's a 50% restocking charge) and any other merchandise (except for supplements & topical ointments) in new condition with original packaging and accessories. 
 
You will receive full refund if you follow our guidelines below, minus Shipping & Handling Charges. The customer assumes all shipping costs. The shipping & handling charges will not be refunded, unless the return is the result of our error. The return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return. The customer is responsible for making sure that the shipping address that they provide is correct and safe to deliver the goods to. If you are returning part of a package or full package that originally had free shipping you will be charged shipping & handling. Free shipping is only free if you keep all merchandise without returning it back to us. Should any merchandise return back to us, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges again for the items to be re-sent to them. If your package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for this.
 
  • All DVDS & Books that are returned to us 60 days from purchase without the obvious wear & tear and include all accessories (such as resistance bands  sealed in their plastic wraps, DVD's sealed in their shrink wrap) as detailed below, will receive a FULL refund less the shipping & handling charges as outlined below.
  • Supplements & Topical Ointment/creams CANNOT be returned to us. The reason is that they are being stored under specific temperature & special care is being taken to preven them from loosing their medicinal properties. Once in the hands of customers, there is no guarantee how they have been stored, and hence we cannot accept them for return.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use like creases, marks, stains, wrinkles, missing or torn pages,etc. are non returnable. 
  • DVD's that have been taken out of shrink wrap are returnable but there will be a 20% restocking fee. Except for the Kicking DVD Series in which case there is a 50% restocking fee.
  • Any DVD that has obvious wear & tear and/or broken DVD boxes, and obvious signs of use, are NON returnable. 
  • If you have purchased a Combo with free items that were part of the combo, and were free only with purchase and you are trying to return the combo all items that were included must be returned as well. If the items included resistance bands, they must be in their original packaging. Any items that aren't returned/or returned used, that were originally included in the package will be deducted form the refund price at full retail value at the time of refund. If you have opened resistance bands DO NOT return them to us, because we will charge you $6.00 per opened resistance band. If you return opened resistance bands to us anyway, we will not return them to you and you will still incur a charge of $6.00 per opened resistance band, since these items CANNOT be restocked.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: cannot be returned.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
 
If you are taking our online courses and are seeking a refund after 2 months of registering, we will not be able to refund you everything in full but will have to charge you for all the course weeks that you have seen, plus all payment transaction fees and government fees that apply. As stated in the terms & conditions of the course guidelines, we will charge you for every week of the course that you have taken. If you are claiming that you were not able to see the course and are seeking a refund after 1 month same rules still apply and we will have to charge you for the government and payment transaction fees.

If you registered to BodWeight Training seminar by December 15th, and got the Universal Strength Apparatus If at any point during the course you will wish to cancel the course you will have to send the USA back to us to get a refund for the classes you haven't yet seen. If you do not send the USA back to us, we will not grant you any refund. If you do send the USA back to us you will get a refund for the classes you have not yet seen. But you cannot ask for a refund without sending the USA back to us. USA is yours to keep with purchase only, and only if you finish the whole course.
 
If after reading this information, you feel that the amount of your refund was incorrect, please e-mail us.
 
Please click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print an invoice and include it with your return package. The invoice must clearly show your Order ID #, this number will help us to speed up the return/exchange process.

What if my package is returned back to you because I provided the wrong address, or the address that I've elected to have it shipped is not valid, will you ship the package to me again?

If your package is returned to us because the address you've provided is wrong or the reason on the package is "was not claimed", or "is not a valid address". We can ship the package to you again, however we will have to charge you, the shipping & handling fee again. Or, we can refund you the money for your order, less the S&H Fees.

I didn't get my package in 2 weeks of placing an order, what should I do?

If you haven't received your package in 2 weeks of placing an order with us, please contact us for details on how to resolve this situation.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
 
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
