Product Details:

Digestive enzymes assist the body to digest food through the gastrointestinal tract, making it available for nutrition, fuel or energy. Enzymes are the organic catalysts required for all the body’s biochemical reactions and without adequate enzymes, the body will not function properly. As a foundational substance necessary for life, they specifically keep the metabolic pathways ignited.

There are many factors that may impair and compromise the body’s enzyme stores, all contributing to a sluggish digestive system and possible malabsorption. These include genetic engineering, food processing, irradiation, pasteurization, cooking/heating, pollution, poor soil, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, etc. Many studies have shown that supplementing with enzymes improves digestive function and nutrient uptake. In addition to digestive enzymes, specific herbs in this formula are also known to support the body’s entire digestive system.

Considering Catalyst-7 is certainly a primary foundational component for approaching optimal wellness. In the best seller The Detox Solution, Dr. Patricia Fitzgerald quotes, “Experts believe that THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF INTERNAL TOXICITY IS UNDIGESTED FOOD resulting from an enzyme-depleted diet.”

Below is a Newsletter by Paul Zaichik to help you understand the vitality of this product.

In this news letter I would like to share something with you. Throughout the years, I have often been asked a recurring question. How can you live on so little food? My students and friends are often amazed and confused by my food intake. I eat three, light meals a day. Many witnesses of my diet believe that it’s not enough to sustain my daily activity. The energy for physical training and sustaining muscle tissue is practically non existent.

I will tell you the same, as I tell my students and friends. Don’t be deceived by what you see. It’s not how much food you put into your mouth. It’s how much you are able to digest and absorb that counts.

Most of us don’t have the problem of obtaining food. We can buy plenty of it. We can also force ourselves to eat 5-10 meals a day. If you think I am joking, just walk into the gym and listen to a “serious” bodybuilder speak. He will pride himself on how
many meals he eats. He will boast shamelessly on how he prepares his meals every evening for the following day. He will also advise you to eat x-amount of protein in a certain proportion to carbs and fat. Sounds familiar?

Since you are reading this article, I may as well state my opinion. There is no one set way to eat. Some people can go on two meals. Some need five meals a day. As a matter of fact this can even fluctuate from day to day, from season to season. Your
macro and micro nutrient requirements also are strictly individual and also fluctuate. One person needs to go heavy on protein, another one on carbohydrates.

In the latter newsletters I will share some dietary guidelines with you. Right now I would like to answer the question posed at the beginning of the news letter. How can I work out hard, recover fast and eat little. The answer is again one word: ENZYMES.

Enzymes are chemicals naturally found in the body. They participate in digestion. You probably heard this before. What you might not know is that enzymes participate in numerous reactions throughout the body. Regulating inflammatory response is one of them. Inflammation is a part of training. Sore muscles, strains, sprains are all inflammatory responses in a given tissue. When you work out and get sore or injured, you body deports enzymes to the site of harm. This of course is a good thing, since you need enzymes to regulate the inflammation and repair.

A negative consequence is that fewer enzymes are available for digestion. Thus, less food gets digested and of course less food gets absorbed.  The stick has two ends, if you keep eating and draining the enzymes for digestion, your recovery from
the injury or sorness will be inhibited.

There is one solution to the problem, which is enzyme supplementation. I am a strong believer in this. And I am not alone. Enzyme supplementation has been a well kept secret among pros and elite athletes for many years.

Over time I have tried numerous enzymes on the market. Not all brands are the same. Some are better than others. Some promise large quantity, while others guarantee quality.  I use one particular brand, and that’s the brand that I offer you.

Here is a list of potential benefits
-Reduction in general inflammation
-Faster recovery from exercise
-Better digestion and absorption of nutrients
-Muscle tissue gain
-Loss of excess fat
-General improvement in organ function
-Increased energy level
-Improved athletic performance
-Younger look
-Lessened digestive discomfort

P.S.  The enzyme complex I suggest is very safe. However, if you suffer from ulcers, the protease can cause ulcer irritation, there is another product that you can purchase called Catalyst U, for more information about it, please click here.
